Our Processing Facility
Our premier processing facility is comprised of eleven thousand square feet and is located in the heart of the City of New Bedford, Massachusetts. This ultra-clean, state of the art building features high grade stainless-steel processing equipment and is staffed by highly trained production workers to ensure that our products meet your exacting standards.
Our facility has hospital-style washing stations and our employees wear sanitary garments, boots, gloves, and hairnets. We have an on-site quality assurance team that closely monitors every aspect of our production process and collects samples for third-party lab testing. We are HACCP compliant and registered with the FDA under the Bioterrorism Act.
